Commercial-Venture Capital-Business Loans

Venture Capital 6% APR Interest Only for up to 20 Years Renewable

All the banks and mortgage companies have said "NO!"  Now what?  We have your solution!  We have tens of thousands of Venture Capitalists, Hedge Funds, and Private Investors from around the world waiting to bid on your loan request and all are  eager to invest in deals!  International deals are welcomed. The loan can be short term or long term or our investors may even act as a venture partner to help you raise the required capital. Investors simply supply a cash infusion into your business with an expected return, which you will negotiate.

We receive many requests for business and real estate transactions calling for 100% financing.   There is no one set of underwriting  guidelines, since investors will be bidding for your business. The ability to debt service the loan is always a factor. Working capital and closing costs may be included in the loan request and paid at closing.  What's important is this:

1) Venture capital is obviously a straight forward answer to obtaining the desired financing.  Where credit or transaction types permit using a business plan.

2) If conventional financing can be obtained but the amount offered by a lender isn't sufficient (55% - 80%) to make your deal work.

Say a lender offers a 75% LTV loan on a commercial real estate deal but the buyer needs 90% to 100%   financing. 

This strategy may be used to provide funds through debt or equity.  The additional down payment comes in the form of equity and not debt. 

This "creative" approach to obtaining up to 100% financing on business or commercial deals can serve as a  powerful purchasing tool!

  • What We Provide is
    Venture Capital without the required sale of securities. We have unique international products of which provide a much quicker way of raising money with out the sale of securities. The information referencing Regulation D is just another way of raising money and you would have to work directly with a securities firm and this takes a very long time to raise capital and with a high cost to the client.
